When starting your own recruitment agency you wish to ensure that you're always available to fill jobs, be it when you’re out with friends on a Saturday night or being woken by a call a 3am on Monday as a worker is needed on site that morning.

With our dashboard, you have all the information you need to hand, all of the time. We’ve built our system so that it’s mobile and tablet friendly, therefore if you need to create an assignment at an inopportune moment, you can. Presuming you are somewhere with either a Wi-Fi or a 3G/4G connection, our dashboard is fully functional. No longer do you need to wait until you get into the office the next working day to set the assignment up, so you won’t need to worry about forgetting the placement information. All can be done without even touching a desktop computer.

With the ability to be able to add as well as view candidates, clients, assignments, timesheets, perm fees and consultants, your day to day recruitment life could well be made much easier just by having our dashboard on your phone. If you have a query whereby you need to check an old timesheet, you can also view all previously approved timesheets. Say you’re going to see a client, you can show them a breakdown of the debt they currently have with you and how much they’ve billed with you up until this point. If necessary you can go into each and every assignment you’ve currently got live with them to confirm the charge rates, start and end dates for example. If it is a Tuesday and you’re away from the office, being able to check up on which timesheets are still outstanding could be a helpful tool for you, even if there is nothing you can do about it there and then you can always contact your dedicated account manager who can resend timesheet reminders to workers and approvers alike. 

Upon signing with Quba, you will be given full training on the dashboard by your account manager so you’ll know all the tips and tricks on how to make it work for you. We’re always looking at developing our ever-evolving dashboard so it’s user-friendly at all times, so if you can think of a way to improve it we’ll take your suggestions on board and they could well be rolled out in our next update.
