We've had an excellent experience working with Alex and the team at Quba Solutions over the past year. As a permanent recruitment business, we only moved into temporary staffing to help one of our schools at short notice, so it was vital that we found a partner we could trust to get everything up and running quickly and compliantly. Alex came highly recommended, and from our very first conversation he made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. The level of support we've received has been outstanding. Whether it's a payroll query, compliance question or something urgent, someone is always available to help. I've never had to wait more than a couple of hours for a response, and genuinely urgent issues are dealt with almost immediately. The system has been simple for both us and our candidates to use, and what has really stood out is the proactive service. We receive regular check-ins from Alex, the account management team and even senior members of the business, just making sure everything is running smoothly and asking if there's anything they can do to help. Been amazingly helpful. As a one man band it's so helpful to have this back-office setup. Tom in sales was informative and not pushy, we initially spoke over a year ago, Tara was fantastic at on-boarding, so fast and helpful (as I am quite clueless) and finally my Account Manager Zuzanna continues to be helpful on a daily basis Had to add to the review as I had some payment issues with a client (not QUBA) and Jainan in the credit team has been AMAZING. Daily updates and really going above and beyond his role, could not speak higher of the man!

As a solo business owner starting out, you can sometimes not get the level of support as established businesses.
