This means all the contracts sit between your recruitment agency and your clients or workers as appropriate. Invoices, notifications and timesheets are branded with your logo but your client will know your invoices are assigned to us.
Suitable for start-up agencies who operate in the construction sector and may get caught by CIS as you’ll need to have gross CIS status. Until such time we can act as the principal to the contracts (using our gross status) and you act as our agent. Invoices, notifications and timesheets are dual branded. Switching to agency principal once you have your gross status is easy.

His wealth of both management and recruitment experience enables him to drive the technology and policies adopted by Quba Solutions. His passion is recruitment and helping deliver the most technologically advanced, recruitment specific, 100% finance focused organisation.
Rik spent over a decade in the recruitment industry for a top FTSE national business managing teams and regions with a specific focus on freelance before joining forces with Ashley to shake up the Umbrella market and create a market-leading payroll company. From his dealings managing recruiters and dealing with recruitment businesses for two decades, Rik is using his experiences to transform the recruitment invoice-factoring sector with Quba’s technology platform and industry-leading customer service.
Paul qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloittes (now PWC) in Manchester, and soon after moved to work in the recruitment industry. Whilst being the Number 1 finance person, his interests have always been to make the finances relevant to non-financial people. After a number of diverse roles Paul started with Hill McGlynn (now Randstad CPE) in 2000 and helped build the business to the international construction recruiter it was prior to being acquired by Randstad in 2008. Paul then took on a number of different roles across the group including with Sourceright and Randstad Middle East. In 2015 Paul moved to Clipper and helped create Quba in the same year. This allowed all the experiences acquired at all the different parts of Randstad to be welded together to the benefit of recruiters across the UK by providing their funding, payroll and credit control solution.
